Information We Collect
Account information. We collect information used to create and manage your account, such as your name, email address, preferred language, authentication method, and session information.
Google sign-in information. If you continue with Google, Google sends us a sign-in token that lets us verify your Google account. We may receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, name, and profile image. We use this only to create, link, and secure your BOQSTER account.
Project content. You and your team may upload or create files, folders, images, drawings, approvals, comments, chat messages, meeting details, tasks, notes, and other project information.
Technical and usage information. We may collect logs, IP address, device and browser information, security events, upload activity, and other diagnostic data needed to operate and protect the service.
How We Use Information
- To create accounts, authenticate users, and keep sessions secure.
- To provide project, file, approval, meeting, chat, and task features.
- To send operational messages such as invitations, notifications, and service emails.
- To troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and improve reliability.
- To review account and project activity when needed for complaints, security, legal, or billing matters.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Google User Data
BOQSTER uses Google user data only for authentication, account creation, account linking, and account security. We do not sell Google user data and do not use it for advertising.
We request only the information needed to identify your Google account and verified email. You can remove BOQSTER access from your Google Account permissions at any time, but this may prevent Google sign-in from working until you authorize it again.
Sharing and Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us host, store, secure, email, process files, power meetings, or operate the service. These providers may process information only for the purposes of providing services to BOQSTER. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention and Deletion
We keep account and project information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Project files and collaboration records generally remain until they are deleted by authorized users or the related workspace is closed. You can request account deletion or data export by contacting us.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No internet service is completely secure, so users should also protect their passwords, devices, and account access.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us to make a request. More detail is available in the GDPR and Data Processing Notice.
Cookies and Browser Storage
BOQSTER may use cookies and browser storage for login, language, security, upload state, notifications, and interface preferences. See the Cookie Policy for the current template notice.
Children
BOQSTER is intended for professional project collaboration and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
