Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BOQSTER, a project management workspace for renovation and interior design teams. By creating an account, signing in, or using BOQSTER, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use BOQSTER. For questions, contact us at support@boqster.com.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that users you invite to a project have the authority to access the relevant project information.

BOQSTER may support sign-in through third-party identity providers such as Google. Your use of those providers is also governed by their own terms and policies.

Use of the Service

  • Use BOQSTER only for lawful business and project collaboration purposes.
  • Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, access another account, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use BOQSTER to store or transmit malware, spam, or deceptive content.
  • Comply with applicable privacy, intellectual property, construction, and safety laws.

Project Content

You retain ownership of files, drawings, photos, messages, approvals, comments, and other content you upload or create in BOQSTER. You grant BOQSTER the limited right to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, and process project content, including content that contains personal information or third-party intellectual property.

Administrative Access

You agree that authorized BOQSTER administrators may access account data, project records, files, messages, and related activity when reasonably needed to investigate a complaint, respond to a security incident or abuse report, support legal or billing obligations, protect users or the service, or comply with applicable law. Administrative access may be logged, reviewed, and limited to personnel with an operational need.

Approvals, Files, and Communications

BOQSTER helps teams organize project files, approval decisions, meetings, tasks, and communications. You remain responsible for verifying project information, technical decisions, legal requirements, budgets, deadlines, and construction or renovation work. BOQSTER is a collaboration tool and does not replace professional advice or supervision.

Third-Party Services

BOQSTER may integrate with third-party services for authentication, hosting, file storage, email, meetings, analytics, or AI-assisted features. BOQSTER is not responsible for third-party services, and those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Service Availability

We work to keep BOQSTER reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.

Fees

Some BOQSTER features may be free, paid, trial-based, or available only to selected users. If paid plans are offered, the applicable pricing, billing terms, taxes, and cancellation rules will be presented before purchase or in a separate agreement.

Termination

You may stop using BOQSTER at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law. After termination, certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy or as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

BOQSTER is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOQSTER and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, GDPR and Data Processing Notice and Cookie Policy explain how we collect and use information. By using BOQSTER, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described there.

Acceptable Use

Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and are responsible for content uploaded to the portal, including project files, messages, drawings, approvals, and customer data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of BOQSTER after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
